Frequently Asked Questions

Lunch will be provided during the Saturday, “On-field Session”. We will also have some snacks and water available, but do encourage you to bring your own water as supplies may be limited.

You should be in your GHSA uniform, hat included, but the only equipment you will need is your mask for the cage work.

Paying online with a credit or debit card is the easiest method, but you can also mail in a check. You will not receive the login information for the online session and your registration will not be complete until the payment is received. Also, payment MUST be received 10 days before the date of the Saturday session or a $25 late fee will be added.

The online “Classroom Session” will include presentations from our Umpire Development Staff on various topics. It will normally cover any upcoming rule or policy changes. We will take certain rule or game situations and go into detail about how to handle them.

Saturday will include actual cage and field instruction from our “Guest Instructors” on a wide area of topics related to both the two and three umpire system.

The login information for the Zoom “Classroom Session” is emailed out on the Monday before the Thursday session. Sometimes this email goes to your spam folder so check there first. The email is only sent out to umpires that have completed registration, including payment. If you still cannot find it, email [email protected] early, don’t wait until right before the session is about to start because all of our staff will be busy working on the session.

Transfers to another camp are possible if it requested before the registration deadline for the camp you registered for. Once the deadline has passed, no transfers or refunds are possible due to arrangements (lunch, number of instructors, etc.) already being set. To request a transfer, email [email protected]
